How much does it cost to personalise an item?

Personalisation has a fee of $10, which is on top of the product price and delivery fee.

How long will it take?

Please allow 3-6 business days for any order containing a personalised item.
If your order contains non-personalised items, please consider ordering them separately to ensure a faster delivery.

Can I return or exchange personalised item?

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty.

Why is the personalise icon not appearing on some of the products that are available for personalisation?

Because we dispatch online orders from both our warehouse and stores. Whilst some items are available for purchase online, we only offer personalisation on items that are dispatched from our warehouse.
